Q: What is a Segway?
A: A Segway is an electrically powered two wheeled vehicle that you stand on and control by leaning your body forward to go, back to stop and side to side to steer.
Q: What is an A2B e-bike?
A: An A2B e-bike is an electrically assisted bicycle which you ride just like a traditional bicycle, but it has a motor and sensors built in so provides power assistance as you ride and can help boost you up hills and slopes. You only need to pedal a little to get it going, and it makes riding a bicycle for a few hours very easy, relaxing and fun.

Q: How do I get to the tour start point?
A: There are a number of options for getting to the tour start point. Tours start and end at Løngangstræde 19, DK-1468. Persons joining a tour should arrive at least 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled tour for training and helmet fitting. From the Cruise Ship dock a taxi will get you to our store in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The Central Train Station is an 8 minute walk from our store and the Metro stop Kongens Nytorv is a 10 minute walk away from our store.
Q: How much do the tours cost?
A: Segway Sightseeing Tours cost 495dkk Danish Kroner ($86USD or €66 approx.) per person and Electric Bicycle Sightseeing Tours costs 395dkk Danish Kroner ($68USD or €53 approx.) per person and this price includes tax.
Q: Do I need a reservation or can I just show up?
A: Reservations for the sightseeing tours must be made in advance and please remember to bring your booking receipt.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Tours cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled sightseeing tour are eligible for a full refund less a 5% service fee. Cancellations made less then 72 hours before scheduled tour are not refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Q: What times do the tours start?
A: Please check the booking calendar to see what times the sightseeing tours are available at.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the sightseeing tour start time for helmet fitting etc.
Q: Who can ride a Segway?
A: A Segway is suitable for persons between 45kgs – 113kgs (99lbs-250lbs) and have a minimum level of fitness, as you need to use your body to control the Segway.
If ToursCPH feels that a client is unsuitable for this tour we reserve the right to refuse participation for any reason.
Q: Who can ride an e-Bike?
A: An Electric Bicycle is suitable for persons 12 years and older, minimum height 150cm (5 ft) tall, and are between 35kgs – 117kgs (70lbs-260lbs).
You must be able to confidently ride an adult sized bicycle already and have a minimum level of fitness, as you need to pedal the electric bicycle to get it going. About 30% of the power comes from you and 70% from the onboard hybrid electric motor.
If ToursCPH feels that a client is unsuitable for this tour we reserve the right to refuse participation for any reason.
Q: Where do the tours start from and end at?
A: All sightseeing tours, Segway Tours and electric bicycle tours start and end at our shop in the heart of the city at Løngangstræde 19, 1468, Copenhagen K.
The shop is about a 3 minute walk from Tivoli Gardens and the Town Hall, on the same street as the Absolut Ice Bar Copenhagen, just 80 meters from the Ice Bar on the same side of the street.
Q: Do I need a reservation or can I just show up for the tour?
A: Reservations are recommended for everyone intending to take either the Segway Sightseeing Tour or the electric bicycle sightseeing tour and you can make a booking via the website tourscph.com. Walk in reservations can be accommodated subject to availability.
Q: Can I ride a Segway or e-Bike if I’m pregnant?
A: Due to the risk of injury from falling, it is not possible for pregnant women to join the tours.
Q: Do you offer other Things to do in Copenhagen?
A: At the moment we only offer Segway Sightseeing Tours and Electric Bicycle Sightseeing Tours around Copenhagen.
Q: What languages are the tours available in?
A: All tours are conducted in English only.
Q: What happens if it is raining, do the tours still operate?
A: Yes. in the case of rain, the tours will still go ahead as planned and participants should dress appropriately for the weather on the day. Some rainwear is available for the duration of the tour for customers at no extra cost. If, in the unlikely event that the weather is deemed too bad to safely operate the tour, the tours may be postponed or cancelled by us, and you will be notified as far in advance as possible via the email address used to make the booking. In this event, a 100% refund will be made to you, or we can do are best to reschedule the tour.
Q: Do you offer Private Tours and Events for Corporate Customers?
A: Yes. ToursCPH offers private sightseeing tours and events. We can accommodate a variety of special requests, including tours to cater for you specific requirements. Q: Can I just rent a Segway or an e-Bike from ToursCPH for a few hours?
A: No, unfortunately it is not possible to offer Self Guided rentals to consumers at this time.
